Technical Supervisor(építési műszaki ellenőri in Hungarian) is a ‘statutory supervisor’ in Korean construction system. The qualified person would be hired through a service contract as freelancer or through the specialized company for mentioned service

Legally number of technical supervisors to be hired is determined according to size of construction, nature of construction and the number of contractors working. For green field Project, three qualified persons are required for civil engineering, M&E(Mechanical and Electrical) and Safety Manager is required in case of more than one general contractor works simultaneously in the site.

Technical Supervisor does not be present on site all times, he has a legal responsibility for the quality of construction. That is how technical supervisor is able to simultaneously manage multiple construction sites. Plus, the Technical Supervisor also manages the E-Diary.
